You can view all your recent purchases through the "Orders" tab in your Box Prime Store account or in your email inbox.
Shipments are made within 2 business days. If you experience a delay, please contact us directly at contact@boxprimellc.com
*If the item is not shipped within 7 business days, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact Box Prime Store customer service as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.
If an item is out of stock, you may be able to sign up for a notification when it becomes available again. Box Prime Store may also offer alternative products that are similar to the item you wanted to purchase.
